AGREEMENT WITH AGENCY

Damages that need repair will be repaired within 4 weeks after  moving in.

If this is not done within 4 weeks we should hire a technician on their cost (owner/agency?) to establish damage by third party. All established necessary repairs regarding list below can then be  done by ourselves - cost taken off from rent
